Starting point:

The country in question was in the process of a political changeover, and wanted to restore its reputation. It was trying to renew diplomatic links with other countries which had been disappointed by the previous administration and attract investors. It contacted Concerto to support it in these endeavours.

Our approach:

Concerto’s work involved providing day-to-day support, combining strategic advice with managing international media relations and institutional relations. More specifically, Concerto implemented the following initiatives:

It mapped targeted international private and institutional stakeholders
