Matthias Lugoy

Matthias is a Senior Project Consultant at Concerto West Africa. With expertise in institutional communications, influence and public affairs, he advises public institutions and private sector actors. Before joining Concerto, Matthias worked within the Communications and Press Directorate of the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs as a project manager, where he focused on Africa, the Indian Ocean and North America. He had also previously worked with Concerto Paris on business intelligence and international public affairs assignments. Matthias graduated from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Université Paris-Dauphine, with an academic background focused on African affairs.
