Makhtar Ndiaye

Makhtar is a consultant in public relations and strategic communication at Concerto West Africa. Before joining Concerto, Makhtar gained significant experience at BP Senegal, GIZ, and UNICEF, where he contributed to the management of strategic partnerships and the deployment of large campaigns. His areas of expertise cover the oil and gas industry, information and communication technologies, as well as youth initiatives and NGO and humanitarian programs.
