Elliott O’Carroll

Elliott leads Concerto's business intelligence practice which delivers bespoke consulting engagements on political and policy risk, market-entry strategies and stakeholder relationship management. He advises our clients on political, regulatory, reputational and ESG risks, helping them to identify opportunities and to invest throughout the African continent. He was previously a senior consultant at a leading African advisory firm, working closely with corporate and philanthropic clients. He holds a BA in Political Science and Geography from Trinity College Dublin and an MSc in International Development Studies from the University of Amsterdam.
