Pauline Missiaen

Specialist in Communication for Development (C4D) and large-scale project management, Pauline Missiaen has over 10 years' experience in strategic communications consulting and the management of complex initiatives. As lead C4D account director at Concerto, she assists a wide range of clients, from international organizations to local and regional NGOs, in defining and executing high-impact communications strategies. She has worked on projects such as the communications strategy for the IPAR think tank, the launch of development initiatives such as the Dakar Rapid Transit Bus, and the overhaul of communications systems for institutions such as the Bureau de Suivi du Plan Sénégal Émergent and Solthis. Pauline Missiaen holds a master's degree in cooperation and intercultural communication, and pursues an integrative and participative approach, making a point of combining strategic rigor, innovation and sustainability.
