Concerto conducted an analysis of discussions related to the shortage of US dollars in a selection of African countries (Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, and Zimbabwe) from 1st March 2023 to 30 April 2023, to gain insight into public sentiment toward this issue. More than 21,000 tweets (based on location data) were analysed over the period to assess how the public opinion in these countries reacted to the issue.
