Concerto has conducted an analysis of debates and discussions between September 1 and November 15, 2023 related to climate change and energy transition in a selection of African countries (South Africa, Kenya and Nigeria). This analysis aimed to gain an insight into the perception and interest of Internet users on these issues. Over 33,000 tweets (based on geolocation data) were analyzed over the period to assess how public opinion in these countries reacted to the issue.
